She has a Master of Science degree in Organizational Psychology and is certified in a number of popular and effective assessments – all powerful tools to enable you to create and flourish in a better workplace! She has a specific interest in employee motivation and engagement, and she excels in identifying issues and solutions in organizational actions and relationships. She is a certified Human Resource Professional (SHRM-CP).
