 Clifton Strengths® was created by Don Clifton, who wanted to answer the question “What would happen if we studied what was right with people versus what’s wrong with people?” The result of his extensive research over 30 years is an assessment which has been used by many Fortune 500 companies to bring their teams a chance to go from good to great.

Clifton Strengths® is  based on the concept that everyone holds unique and powerful strengths that make up their talent DNA. Using these 34 themes, people are empowered to understand and leverage their strengths to bring their best selves to work.

My top three strengths are:
