Lego® Serious Play® (LSP) is a facilitated thinking, communication and problem-solving technique used by many organizations around the world. It draws on extensive research from the fields of psychology, neuroscience, and learning. It is based on the reality that we live in a complex, changing world where adaptability is critical, and all voices need to be heard.

The next time you are in a meeting – take note – are only 20% of the voices in a room doing 80% of the communicating? In areas of problem-solving and innovation, deeper communication and sustainable progress can be developed when all the voices in the room are heard.
