CLI’s assessments can be used for hiring, team and organizational development, training, succession planning, and coaching.

Based on over 30 years of research and 40,000 cases, these suites of assessments measure leadership behaviors. These behaviors are the underlying strategies that an individual characteristically calls upon  to achieve their goals.

The results are presented in a polar graph, accompanied by a narrative feedback that describes an individual’s Connective Leadership™ Profile – and their corresponding strengths and drawbacks of their most preferred behaviors.  Seeing their strengths as well as seeing areas where they can develop brings greater awareness and is a powerful tool for increasing understanding, adjusting behaviors, and building stronger teams.
